This is my favorite dish on a lazy Sunday. It is perfect! Especially when the weather is foggy and cold. Your place will smell lovely and warm. And so will taste these pancakes, too.

Enjoying delicious food. Best without regrets and easy to cook. That is what I am looking for every single day.
If you eat the LOGI way or Paleo or you just prefer a moderate intake of carbohydrates and/or healthier choices of carbs, here you will certainly find something suitable, too. (Who will not give up on potatoes, noodles, etc. simply add those.)
I certainly will not forget to fill "Baking" as well as "Treat and Nibble" with recipes!
As I avoid carbs from e.g. legumes and rice at dinner and also grains in the morning, maybe the category "Breakfast" will offer you surprising options.
Note:
Usually my recipes are made for two. (Leftovers will be eaten later.) I use almost exclusively top and bottom heat for the preparation in the oven.
Roast Beef
Right after I cooked and tasted this roastbeef, I decided that this is one of my favorites. It is that yummy! Easy to cook, and not time-consuming. And it smells! Unbelievable. Well, it is obvious I am a huge fan of meat.
Roasted Eggplants with Thyme
Unsophisticated, nonetheless very delicious. Tasty eggplants are crucial here. Goes well with Greek yogurt – if you are short in time. Meat or fish match well, too.
Chicory-Pear-Salad with Feta and Hazelnuts
As soon as autumn is showing up I start thinking about this salad. No matter which season: If you can buy delicious pears this salad is always a good choice.
Pan-Roasted Chicken with Tomatoes, Olives and Capers
Quickly cooked, tastefully and good-looking. I like to cook this dish for guests as it does not keep me in the kitchen too long.
Broccoli with Lemon Zest and Lime Juice
It is a kind of an allrounder. This broccoli goes well with fish or meat. If you wish enjoy it just as it is. The ingredients depend on the guests you have or how hungry you are. It is a summery broccoli!
Rhubarb Salad with Feta, Fennel and Nuts
Such a light and easy to prepare summer salad. As the delicious rhubarb is just in season… do not miss this salad! (By the way, pear is a tasty alternative for the rhubarb.)
“Potato Salad” from White Beans
The idea to replace potatoes with white beans sounded good immediately. Recipe tested. Labeled with “tasty”. No need to keep it as a secret.
As you can easily and in no time prepare this salad and also store it in the fridge, this salad could be for your lunchbox. Enjoy your meal!
Eggs Something Different
Even the egg does not have to have the same look every day. These egg muffins will be a nice variation on your plate. Of course you can use other molds, too.
Lamb Steaks with Anchovy-Caper-Sauce
Delicious! As I am a huge fan of lamb as well as of all the other ingredients here I was really delighted about this combination. I have to mention that I do not wait to long to enjoy this lamb again.
Stuffed Eggs with Turmeric and Chives
If I am not in the mood for cooking I like to prepare these eggs for dinner. Remainder yogurt mixture works well as a dip for veggie sticks.
Watermelon Strawberry Pops
I enjoy homemade ice pops a lot! It is good to know that there is something refreshing and healthy in the freezer on warm summer days. This one comes in an amazing color! I prefer to keep some of the liquid to drink. Just yummy, frozen as well as liquid.
Cucumber Melon Salad with Fresh Herbs
Here comes something fresh for hot, sticky summer days! I love this very refreshing salad from cucumber and watermelon a lot. It is done in a couple of minutes. That it makes even more favorable.
Strawberry Frozen Yogurt with Basil and Mint
I needed something refreshing during the heat. So I tried this mixture, a combination of two different recipes I found. Hope you will like it, too! I say: It is yum!
Spinach with Yogurt
It is a great recipe for hot summer days. Anyway, I like it all seasons. You can have it as a main or side dish. This recipe goes well with fish or meat, whatever you like.
