Yes. Once more David Kirsch. I really like his workouts. And this one will let you sweat. That’s for sure. Legs and butt will burn…
Exercise... Usually I am a kind of a restless person. But I enjoy lazy days on my couch very much, too. I literally can stick on it. But - Yes, there is a but! - without exercise no food. My husband mentioned once that my only reason for working out is just to eat more. I have to admit that this is part of the truth...
Years ago I discovered workout-DVDs. These are really no-excuse workouts because they are always available at home. And that is what makes me feel extremely uncomfortable even with chronically listlessness.
As a friend told me back then about doing workouts at home it sounded weird. I did work out at the gym regularly at this time. But facing a very tight scheduIe... I gave the DVDs a try. Till this day I collected a small but fine selection of DVDs that keep me fit and in shape.
Jillian Michaels
Muscles are easily bored. For this reason I need a change in my fitness routine from time to time. Jillian’s trainings are a great option for me. She delivers what she promises – if you stick to it. You can find several of her workouts on YouTube, too.
Ursula Karven – Yoga Everyday
This DVD comes with 15 minutes yoga sessions for every day of the week. I enjoy one in the evening to calm and relax (almost) everyday.
David Kirsch’s 7-Days Prescription
Seven different workouts. Just 30 minutes a day. There is nothing wrong with it. (Well, the DVD cover is discussible.)
You will need a mat, dumbbells or small water bottles and a body tube. Just go for it!
