I love, love, love roast chicken. I do not love to clean the oven afterwards. But that chicken is worth it! It is easily prepared. The flavor of the herbs and the lemon…delicious!

I often use butternut squash because it is just easy to prepare. You can peel it with a peeler. This is no effort at all.
Be careful with the sage if you do not know whether you like the taste or not. In this case I would say: Less is more.

Quickly cooked, tastefully and good-looking. I like to cook this dish for guests as it does not keep me in the kitchen too long.
