This stew I cook for ages. The recipe I had spotted in a Turkish cookbook and love it. Same old, same old: Easy to prepare and perfect to make ahead anyway. That is why I prepare a large pot. You can halve the recipe as well.
If you have really tasty fresh tomatoes at hand, I recommend to use them. I did in Istanbul because tomatoes were very delicious!
Sautéed Red Swiss Chard and Lamb Steaks with Rosemary
I like to “color” dishes with red Swiss chard. It is brightening every plate. For me the combination with lamb and rosemary completes the not so flavorful Swiss chard.

Eaten with greens or sometimes as a burger I always enjoy these patties. Who does not like lamb can try it with ground beef.

Delicious! As I am a huge fan of lamb as well as of all the other ingredients here I was really delighted about this combination. I have to mention that I do not wait to long to enjoy this lamb again.
