It is a very tasty dish. Mostly I use oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes. They come with a lot of flavor what makes this dish more tasty. I like to serve it with lamb for lunch; but there is no need for it.
Sautéed Red Swiss Chard and Lamb Steaks with Rosemary
I like to “color” dishes with red Swiss chard. It is brightening every plate. For me the combination with lamb and rosemary completes the not so flavorful Swiss chard.
Blue Potato Chips with Rosemary
I like to know what’s in it. For that reason I like to prepare even potato chips at home. It is anyway a rare situation that I eat potato chips as I am not a huge fan of potatoes. So why not homemade? I prefer the blue potatoes.
Roast Chicken with Fresh Thyme and Rosemary
I love, love, love roast chicken. I do not love to clean the oven afterwards. But that chicken is worth it! It is easily prepared. The flavor of the herbs and the lemon…delicious!
Quick Spaghetti Squash with Rosemary and Dried Tomatoes
This is my quick spaghetti squash recipe if I am short in time. But – yes, there is a “but” – the spaghetti squash should be thawed already. During the squash season I freeze one or two roasted spaghetti squashes as I usually don’t need a whole one. So I thaw the leftovers when needed.
Roasted Delicata Squash with Sage and Rosemary
Roasted delicata squash has a nice, not too sweet taste. I like to serve it with Greek yogurt combined with lime juice and dried mint. It goes very well with the delicata! Yum!
Chicken Wings – Easily Done
I prefer the easy way to prepare chicken wings. I love them all year long! The lime juice I use generously. I do like the combination with dried rosemary.
Herbed Veal Chops
Who likes veal I guess will like these chops. I found the recipe at MarthaStewart.com, too. And this I did not change. Very delicious!
